300 Fry Words Freebie!!

I'm so happy to have over 50 followers!  Y'all made my day :)

I always put a list of the high frequency words that my kiddos are responsible for learning each year in our binders.  When I taught first grade these were WHALEs (weekly homework and little extras), but this year in second grade I'll be using OWLs (organized weekly learning).  I created this grid of the first 300 Fry words to go in their OWL books.  They're in alphabetical order, not the order that they'll be presented.  If you'd like a copy, here's the link!!

So I know the letters are all out of order, but here's a cute bunting style banner that says "Welcome to 2nd Grade"   click the link to get your free banner and here's a link to some spacers for the letters :)

Some First Grade Math Stuff

this first link is for an abc grid of 1st grade math vocab. math vocab!

and this is for 180 days of math journal prompts.  I printed these on labels at the beginning of the year so that I didn't have an excuse not to use them.  I'm going to be doing something else for math journals in second grade, but I wanted to put these out here for y'all to use!  There are 20 of each prompt (I had such a nice, even number of firsties!)  math journal prompts

WOOT!!! My first post with a goodie!

So I downloaded this book all about Texas symbols, and saved it as "MAKE INTO GEORGIA" but I can't for the life of me remember (or locate the blog right now) where I found it :(  {help me out if you can!!  I want to give my inspiration credit!!}

so I did make it into a Georgia book, and I'm going to print it two to a page!  and here it is for you!  I'm sorry it won't give you a preview, but I promise it's cute!
